Software Engineer/Developer/Blockchain Engineer/BlockChain tester – 6 vacancies

Minimum Qualification/ Expectations:

  • Must be an engineering graduate
  • Work experience should be 0 to 1 year
  • Good understanding of Basic data structures
  • Great logical/Analytical skills

Interview procedure:

1) Basis resume screening, candidates would be go through 3 rounds of evaluation.

2) 1st round – a written test comprising of 30 MCQ questions on Aptitude and programming fundamentals including networking, databases and operating system knowledge. Those who fail to achieve the cut off marks will not be proceeding further.

3) 2nd round – this will be a thorough technical round in which we will discuss whatever the applicant has mentioned in his/her resume. We would judge the aptitude and problem solving via puzzles. Basic questions on data structure/algo would be asked to see the interest and knowledge of fundamentals of coding. The applicant would require to write the code for the same.

4) 3rd round – this round will happen for all those who pass the 2nd round. In this round, the business/HR representative will meet the candidate and will check whether the applicant is a good organizational fit or not. Salary discussions will also take place in this round, although in this case the salary will be standard for all vacancies.

5) Once the candidate clears the 3rd round, offer letter will be issued.
